Return & Exchange Policy
At Heart of a Woman, we want every customer to feel confident and happy with their purchase. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final. This means we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds in most cases.

That said, we know that unexpected situations can happen. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if the wrong product was sent, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@heartofawoman.shop. Be sure to include your order number, photos (if needed), and a short description of the issue. Our team will review your request carefully and let you know if your order qualifies for an exception.

Refunds
If your case is approved, we’ll be happy to issue a refund. Please allow up to 30 days from the date of our approval for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Our Responsibility
We’ll always do our best to take care of our customers, but please note that we cannot be responsible for situations outside of our control, such as:

  • Packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other third parties

  • Normal wear and tear or product misuse
